Ranger 6x6 flatbed build. So a few members on here saw my build thread where I stretched the frame 6" between the rear tires. It left me with a 6" gap between the job box and front of the bed that I couldn't live with anymore. Having had enough of the stupid plastic bed with a rattling tailgate, cheap rubbers, cheap construction and a royal PIA.

10-01-2020, 07:22 AM. Great job! Only thing I would probably do different is add (2) stake pockets to each side to allow running some 2x6 or 2x8 sides. Chances are I would never use them but would like the option plus they give some lashing points. Either way I see a lot of usefulness of a flatbed vs. the traditional box.

Recently build and installed a metal flatbed on 2020 Polaris Ranger 1000. Problem I'm having is HD shocks are to stiff when driving and I did that for the weight. Looking for a replacement shock as Polaris Shocks are cheap. Picture facing left is with HD shocks. Picture facing right is stock shocks.
